What is an Escape Room?

An Escape Room is a live-action adventure game in which people are locked in a themed room and have to use elements of the room to find clues, solve a series of puzzles, work together to crack codes and complete the mission within a set time. Bring your friends, family, or coworkers and immerse yourself in another world!

PEOPLE SAYING NICE THINGS!

"We've been to almost 30 different escape rooms and Exit Plan is an outstanding addition to the greater DC-area escape room scene. Went to their first room, Safe House. Excellent puzzles, superb decor, and just a top notch experience overall. Can't knock Exit Plan for anything. Anyone looking for a great escape room experience should give them a try.

"I've been to each of the escape room businesses in the area and this is easily the best of the bunch. Their attention to detail is second-to-none. The Breakfast Club themed detention room brought our group back to the 80s, but didn't exclude younger members of the group. We will absolutely go back to take on the spy themed room and we look forward to whatever Exit Plan comes up with next.

"I took my staff to Exit Plan tonight and we had a blast! Daniel and his team were kind, professional, and fun Game Masters. As the owner of another Escape Room, Exit Plan is one of my favorite experiences in the area. Their reputation for fun and original rooms reached us an hour away, and they more than lived up to the hype! S3R1AL is a masterpiece, and Aftermath will keep new and veteran players alike thrilled and entertained. Be sure to check them out - a phenomenal outfit!

This Place is Awesome "I have played all 3 of their current rooms and I will be there as soon as #4 opens. I have played a lot of escape rooms and this is one of the few that I have gone back to play another room. They do an awesome job, easily the best in the NOVA area that I have experienced. If you only have time for one play S3R1AL it'll change your expectations for escape rooms."

Team Building We cannot say enough how wonderful an experience this was for our team! It was SO well organized and the folks at Exit Plan have created a super fun experience for all. We've done two rooms here now, S3RIAL and Aftermath. Having done over 10+ rooms total at 7 different locations between Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania Exit Plan very well may be the best we've done as a whole. Both rooms were absolutely spectacular. The attention to detail is incredible. The puzzles are intricate and just the right difficulty level. The staff have all been informative and kind. Every time we've been they have been extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an overall excellent escape room experience.

Fun for family "I was a little hesitant as it was just myself and a 7 and a 10 year old. My 10 year old is now obsessed! We had so much fun. We can't wait to do the other room and for new rooms! We all had fun. We did another escape room in a different state and this was by far better. They did a real good job with a variety of tasks!
